This website is owned and operated by Neta Livne.
Use of the site is subject to obtaining the user’s consent to all the instructions included in these regulations. Therefore, you are requested to carefully read all the provisions of the Bylaws before making use of the site. If you do not agree to any of the regulations, you are requested to leave the site and not to use it.
Use of the site is prohibited for anyone under the age of 18.

1. Price policy:
Neta Livne reserves the right to change the prices stated on the site at any time without prior notice.
Netta Livneh does not guarantee that the price stated on the site will be identical to the price requested for that product in stores.
The price at which the buyer will be charged through the site is the price stated on the website at the time of the purchase.
2. Methods of payment:
Buying through the website is possible by using credit cards only.
The execution of the purchase through the website is subject to receiving the required approval from the credit company.
3. Order Confirmation:
Once the order has been confirmed by the user (using the “Send” option), the order will be forwarded to Netta Yavne for its implementation.
If the credit company does not approve the charge, the user will be sent the appropriate notice, the credit card will not be charged and Neta Livneh will be exempt from supplying the ordered product, without the user having any argument against it in this matter.
4. Photographs of items on site:
The photographs of the items on the site are for illustration purposes only. Neta Livneh does everything in its power to ensure that the photographs of the items accurately reflect their actual appearance. However, there may be differences arising from technical limitations. It is hereby clarified that Neta Livneh shall have no liability whatsoever for these differences.
5. Supply:
The supply of items purchased will be carried out by Israel Post. You can select supplies by registered mail or courier.
Neta Livneh, or anyone acting on its behalf, will not be responsible for the delay in delivery due to the way Israel operates or for events that can not be controlled, including natural disasters and / or wars and / or hostile actions and / or malfunctions in the telephone system and / Or malfunctions in other communications systems and / or any other factor deriving from force majeure.
(3) Receipt of the ordered item:

Cancellation of purchase:
A purchase made through the Website may be canceled in accordance with the provisions of Section 14C. Of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: “the Law”), as detailed below:
